Traditional Dutch Stamppot

- β3-4 medium Russet Potatoes
- β1 pound Smoked Sausagesuch as Dutch or knockwurst

- β1/2 cup Sour Cream
- β1 tablespoon Mustard

Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Boil the kale until tender, about 5 minutes.

Boil the potatoes until tender, about 15-20 minutes.

Pan-fry the sausage in a skillet until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
