Pan-Seared Salmon Sushi Roll
A fusion dish that combines the flavors of Japanese sushi with the delicate taste of pan-seared salmon.
Ingredients

- β1 cup Sushi rice
- β2 tablespoons Silky soy sauce
- β2 tablespoons Japanese rice vinegar
- β1 sheet Sushi nori
- β1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- β1/2 teaspoon Sushi-grade sesame seeds

Cook sushi rice according to package instructions.

Prepare the filling by seasoning the salmon fillet with sesame seeds and a pinch of salt.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the vegetable oil.
