Beef Casserole
A hearty beef casserole recipe made with tender beef and a rich, flavorful sauce. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.

- β1 can Polishsausage, sliced
- β2 tbsp Silkymushroom gravy
- β1 cup Beef broth
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β2 cloves Garlicminced

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C).

Cook the sliced Polish sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned.

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.

Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

Stir in the mushroom gravy and beef broth, and bring the mixture to a simmer.

Transfer the mixture to the casserole dish and cover with aluminum foil.
