Kenyan Cheese Gratin
A flavorful and comforting casserole inspired by Kenyan cuisine, featuring a rich cheese gratin and a hint of smokiness.
Ingredients

- ●1/2 cup, crumbled Stilton cheese
- ●1 cup, grated Gratinsuch as Gruyère or Cheddar

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a medium saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.

Add the grated gratin and stir until lightly browned. Set aside.

In a separate saucepan, combine the Kenyan cheese, Stilton cheese, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper.
