Smoked Moroccan Harira Soup
A hearty, smoky take on the traditional Moroccan soup, packed with flavor and nutrition. Serve with a side of crusty bread for dipping.
Ingredients
- β2 cups Harira
- β2 teaspoons Smoked paprika
- β1/2 cup Cheese, crumbled
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β1 medium Onion, chopped
- β3 cloves Garlic, minced
- β2 tablespoons Tomato paste
- β4 cups Vegetable broth
- βto taste Salt and pepper
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Add the smoked paprika, tomato paste, and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
