Smoky Beef Stew

In a large Dutch oven or heavy pot, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat.

Add beef in batches and brown until cooked, about 5 minutes. Remove beef and set aside.

Add remaining 1 tablespoon of oil, then sauté stew seasoning, berbere spice blend, and flour for 1 minute.
