Smoky Beef Shepherd's Pie
A hearty, comforting casserole filled with smoky beef and topped with a crispy crumble crust.

- β1 cup milk
- β1 cup crumbly cheese

Brown the smoky beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.

Sprinkle the flour over the meat mixture and cook for 1 minute.

Gradually add the beef broth and milk to the skillet, whisking constantly.
