Smoky Wagyu Stew
Hearty stew made with tender wagyu beef and smoky sausages.
Ingredients
- β1.5 pounds Wagyu Beef Stew Meat
- β1 pound Smoked Sausagessuch as knockwurst or bratwurst
- β1 large Onionchopped
- β2 medium Carrotpeeled and chopped
- β2 large Potatopeeled and chopped
- β2 cups Beef Broth
- β2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
- β1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Brown the wagyu beef in batches until browned on all sides. Set aside.

Add the chopped onion to the pot and cook until softened.

Add the chopped carrot and potato to the pot and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the browned wagyu beef back to the pot, along with the smoked sausages.

Pour in the beef broth and add the tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce.

Bring the stew to a boil, then cover the pot and transfer to the oven.

Bake at 300Β°F (150Β°C) for 2.5 hours, or until the meat is tender.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
