Tofu Stir Fry with Smoky Flavor
A delicious and quick stir fry recipe that combines the smoky flavor with the nutty taste of tofu. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 tsp smoked paprika
- β1 block tofudrained and cut into small cubes
- β2 tbsp vegetable oil
- β1 medium onionsliced
- β1 medium bell peppersliced
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tsp soy sauce
- β1 tsp honey
- β1 tsp rice vinegar
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
Instructions

Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the tofu and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tbsp of vegetable oil.

Add the sliced onion and bell pepper and cook until they start to soften, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.

Add the soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar to the skillet and stir to combine.

Return the cooked tofu to the skillet and stir to coat with the sauce.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Serve hot over rice or noodles and garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
