Smoky Lamb Tagine
A traditional North African dish featuring tender lamb in a rich and aromatic smoky tagine sauce.

Ingredients
- β1.5 lbs Lamb shoulder
- β2 tsp Smoky paprika
- β2 tsp Spiced egyptian lamb seasoning
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β1 medium Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1 cup Chicken broth
- β1 can Diced tomatoes
- βto taste Salt and pepper

Instructions

Heat oil in the bottom of a large clay or ceramic tagine over medium heat.

Add onion and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add lamb and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add paprika, lamb seasoning, chicken broth, and diced tomatoes.

Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer over low heat for 1.5 hours, or until lamb is tender.
