Smoky Robata Grilled Cheese Sandwich
A twist on the classic grilled cheese, featuring smoky robata cheese and a hint of egyptian spices.
Ingredients
- β2 slices Smoky Robata Cheese
- β2 slices Egyptian Bread
- β1/4 cup Butter
- β1 tsp Cuminoptional
- β1 tsp Paprikaoptional
Instructions

Preheat a panini press or grill to medium heat.

Butter one side of each slice of bread.

Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in the panini press or grill.

Top with a slice of robata cheese, a sprinkle of cumin, and a sprinkle of paprika (if using).

Place the second slice of bread, butter side up, on top of the filling.

Cook for 3-4 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Flip the sandwich over and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes or until the other side is also golden brown.

Remove from heat and let cool for a minute or two before serving.
