Gluten-Free Pickle Crumble
A tangy and crunchy gluten-free dessert made with pickles and a crumbly crust.
Ingredients
- β1 cup, finely chopped pickles
- β1 cup almond flour
- β1/2 cup sugar
- β1/4 cup crumbly
- β1/2 cup, melted butter
- β2 eggs

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Mix together the almond flour, sugar, and crumbly in a bowl.

Add the melted butter and mix until crumbly.

Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23cm) square baking dish.

Bake the crust for 15 minutes.

While the crust is baking, mix together the chopped pickles and eggs in a separate bowl.

Once the crust is ready, pour the pickle mixture on top.

Return the baking dish to the oven and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes, or until the filling is set.
