Malaysian Pork Ribs with Crumble Topping

Ingredients

- β1 cup Sour creamfor the crumble topping
- β1 cup Dense breadcrumbsfor the crumble topping
- β2 tablespoons Malaysian chili spice blend
- β2 tablespoons Sugar
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- β1 cup Crumble toppingsee below for ingredients

In a large bowl, whisk together chili spice blend, sugar, salt, and black pepper.

Add the pork ribs to the bowl and toss to coat with the spice mixture.

Place the ribs in a single layer in a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
