Spicy Indian Lamb Stir Fry
A flavorful and spicy lamb stir fry dish inspired by Indian cuisine. Serve with rice or naan bread.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Lamb shoulder
- β1 medium Onion
- β1 medium Bell pepper
- β2 inches Ginger
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1 teaspoon Spices (garam masala, cumin, coriander)
- β2 medium Tomato
- β1 bunch Cilantro
- β2 tablespoons Spicy sauce
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the lamb and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil and cook the onion, bell pepper, and ginger until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

Add the garlic, garam masala, cumin, and coriander, and cook for 1 minute.

Add the tomato and cook until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.

Add the lamb back into the skillet and stir in the spicy sauce.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
