Spiced Collard Green Crumble
A flavorful and nutritious Indian-inspired side dish made with collard greens and a sweet, crumbly topping.

- β1 medium OnionChopped
- β3 cloves GarlicMinced
- β1 tsp Indian Spice Blend
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
- β1 cup Sweet Crumble
- β1 cup Crumbled Indian Bread

1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

2. In a large pan, heat 2 tbsp of oil over medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

3. Add garlic, Indian Spice Blend, salt, and black pepper to the pan and cook for an additional 1 minute.

4. Add chopped collard greens to the pan and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.

5. Transfer the collard green mixture to a baking dish.

6. In a separate bowl, mix together the sweet crumble and crumbled Indian bread.
