Australian Prawn Dumpling Stir Fry
A delicious and easy-to-make stir fry dish featuring Australian prawns and dumplings.
Ingredients
- β1 package Dumplingsstore-bought or homemade
- β1 pound Australian Prawnspeeled and deveined
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable Oilfor stir-frying
- β2 tablespoons Sweet Soy Saucefor marinade and stir-fry
- β1 tablespoon Gingerminced
- β1 clove Garlicminced
- β1 teaspoon Sesame Oilfor garnish
- β1/4 cup Green Onionschopped, for garnish
- βto taste Salt and Pepperfor seasoning

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add prawns and cook until pink and just cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Remove prawns from the skillet and set aside.

Add more oil if necessary and stir in ginger and garlic until fragrant.

Add dumplings to the skillet and cook until browned on the bottom, about 2-3 minutes.

Add sweet soy sauce to the skillet and stir to coat dumplings.

Return prawns to the skillet and stir to combine with dumplings and sauce.
