- ●1 can Bake beans
- ●1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Peel and slice the sweet potatoes into 1/2-inch thick rounds.

In a mixing bowl, combine the piccalilli and bake beans.

In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, arrange a layer of sweet potato slices.

Spread half of the piccalilli-bean mixture over the sweet potatoes.
