Tender Irish Hash
A hearty side dish made with tender Irish beef, tangy ingredients, and crispy hash browns.

- β2 cups Hash Browns
- β1/2 cup, shredded Tangy Cheddar Cheese
- β1 tablespoon Semolina Flour
- β1 teaspoon Rimacinata Pepper

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Dice the tender Irish beef into 1-inch pieces and season with salt and pepper.

In a large bowl, mix together the hash browns, semolina flour, and rimacinata pepper.

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced beef and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Add the hash brown mixture to the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the top is crispy.

Remove the skillet from the oven and sprinkle with tangy cheddar cheese. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
