Spicy Khao Pad with Tofu
A quick and easy Thai-inspired stir-fry with crispy tofu and flavorful sauce. Serve over a bed of rice for a satisfying meal.

- β1 block, drained and cut into small cubes Tofu
- β2 cups, cooked and fluffy Khao
- β2 tbsp Thai Red Curry Paste
- β1 tsp Vegetable Oil
- β1/4 cup, chopped Tasty Thai Basil
- β1/4 cup, chopped Toasted Peanuts
- β2 tbsp Pad Thai Sauce

Instructions

Heat 1 tsp of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the Thai Red Curry Paste and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add the cubed tofu and stir-fry until golden brown.

Add the chopped Thai Basil and toasted peanuts, stir-fry for an additional minute.

Stir in the Pad Thai Sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
