Turkish-Style Pide
A delicious Turkish flatbread topped with tasty cheese and a hint of turkish spices.

Ingredients
- β1 piece Pide doughHomemade or store-bought
- β8 oz Mozzarella cheeseShredded
- β4 oz Feta cheeseCrumbled
- β1 tsp Turkish red pepper flakesOptional
- β2 tbsp Olive oilFor brushing the dough
- β1 tsp SaltTo taste
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsleyChopped, for garnish

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).

Roll out the pide dough to a thickness of 1/4 inch.

Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.

Top the dough with mozzarella cheese, followed by crumbled feta cheese.
