- ●1 medium Onion
- ●2 tbsp Thai red curry paste
- ●1 tsp Fish sauce
- ●1 tsp Brown sugar
- ●2 tbsp Lime juice
- ●1/4 cup Thai basil
- ●to taste Salt

Instructions

Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add onion and sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add Thai red curry paste and sauté for 1 minute.

Add fish sauce, brown sugar, and lime juice. Stir to combine.

Add paong fish fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
