Irish Tandoor Lamb Kebabs
A unique fusion of Irish and Indian flavors, these lamb kebabs are marinated in a spicy tandoor-inspired blend and grilled to perfection. Serve with a side of creamy sour cream.
Ingredients
- β500g Lambcut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 tablespoons Irish Buttersoftened
- β2 teaspoons Tandoor Spice Blend
- β2 tablespoons Lime Juice
- β1 tablespoon Gingergrated
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- β1/4 cup Fresh Cilantrochopped

In a blender or food processor, combine tandoor spice blend, lime juice, ginger, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.

Add the softened Irish butter to the blender and blend until well combined.

Add the lamb cubes to the marinade and mix until they are evenly coated.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
