Thai Beef Curry
A flavorful and spicy Thai-inspired beef curry made with tender beef, coconut milk, and a blend of aromatic spices.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Beef (thinly sliced)
- β2 tablespoons Thai red curry paste
- β1 can (14 oz) Coconut milk
- β2 tablespoons Fish sauce
- β1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- β8 ounces Tender beef (thinly sliced for garnish)optional

Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Add the beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add the curry paste and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

Add the coconut milk, fish sauce, and brown sugar. Stir to combine.

Return the beef to the pan and stir to coat with the curry sauce.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the beef is tender.
