Venezuelan Peanut Chicken Bowl
A flavorful and nutritious bowl filled with chicken, peanuts, and spices, inspired by Venezuelan cuisine.
Ingredients

- β1 cup light coconut milk
- β1 cup pilaf mix
- β2 cups chicken broth
- β1 teaspoon ground cumin
- β1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- β1/2 teaspoon salt
- β1/4 teaspoon black pepper
