Crispy Chicken Skillet
A classic British-inspired skillet dish with crispy chicken, perfect for a quick dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 pound chicken breast
- β1 skilletlarge cast-iron skillet
- β1/2 cup crispycrispy coating mix
- β2 tablespoons ultimateultimate seasoning blend
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper
- β1 lemonjuice of 1 lemon

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the chicken breast with ultimate seasoning blend, salt, and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until browned.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through.

While the chicken is cooking, mix the crispy coating mix with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Once the chicken is done, remove it from the oven and sprinkle the crispy coating mix evenly over the top.

Return the skillet to the stovetop over medium heat and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the crispy coating is golden brown.
