Beef Curry
A flavorful Indian-inspired beef curry made with tender beef and a rich, aromatic sauce. Serve with rice or naan for a delicious and satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- β1 pound beef strips (sirloin or ribeye) beefcut into bite-sized pieces
- β2 tablespoons curry powder
- β1 teaspoon garam masala
- β1 medium onion onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tablespoon grated ginger
- β1 cup coconut milk
- β1 medium tomato tomatodiced
- β2 tablespoons olive oil

Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Add beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.

Add onion, garlic, and ginger to the pan and cook until onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add curry powder and garam masala to the pan and cook for 1 minute.

Stir in coconut milk and tomato. Bring to a simmer.

Return beef to the pan and cook until heated through.
