Ingredients
- β2 cups Horiatiki salad tomatoespreferably at room temperature
- β1 large Cucumberpeeled and thinly sliced
- β1/4 cup Red onionthinly sliced
- β1/2 cup Kalamata olivespitted
- β2 tablespoons Red wine vinegarextra virgin olive oil for dressing
- β6 ounces Sweet ultra yogurtfor dressing
