Springtime Pasta Primavera
A colorful and flavorful spring-inspired pasta dish loaded with sautéed vegetables.
Ingredients
- ●8 oz pasta
- ●1/2 cup light
- ●1/2 cup irish
- ●1 cup mung bean sprouts
- ●1 cup bean sprouts
- ●1/4 cup uniquechopped fresh herbs
- ●2 cloves garlic
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp of oil over medium heat.

Add the garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the light, irish, mung bean sprouts, and bean sprouts to the skillet.

Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Stir in the chopped fresh herbs.

Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet.

Toss the pasta with the vegetables and season with salt and pepper.
