Saudi Arabian Fish Pilaf
A flavorful and aromatic fish pilaf dish from Saudi Arabia, made with fresh fish, pilaf, and unique spices.
Ingredients

- β1 cup PilafCooked and cooled
- β2 tablespoons Unique spice blendAvailable at Middle Eastern stores
- β1 teaspoon Arabian coffeeOptional, for added flavor
- β1 teaspoon SaltTo taste

- β2 tablespoons Olive oilFor cooking

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
