A fusion of Japanese and Moroccan flavors, this eggplant zaalouk stir fry is a quick and easy dinner option.
Ingredients

- β2 tbsp Umami Miso PasteCombine with soy sauce for marinade
- β1 tsp Moroccan Zaalouk Spice BlendUse to add flavor to the eggplant
