Vietnamese Tofu Biryani
A flavorful and aromatic Vietnamese-style biryani dish made with marinated tofu and spices.
Ingredients
- ●250g tofu
- ●100g biryanispiced rice mix
- ●2tbsp uniquevietnamese chili sauce
- ●1tsp umamifish-free dashi broth powder
- ●2tbsp vegetable oil
- ●1 medium onionchopped
- ●2cm gingergrated
- ●2tbsp lemon juice
Instructions

Marinate the tofu in 1tbsp of unique and 1tsp of umami for at least 30 minutes.

Heat 1tbsp of vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and grated ginger and sauté until softened.

Add the biryani and cook according to package instructions.

Add the marinated tofu to the pan and cook until golden brown.

Stir in 1tbsp of lemon juice and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Serve the tofu biryani hot, garnished with chopped cilantro if desired.

Reheat the biryani according to package instructions if cooking ahead.

Serve the tofu on top of the biryani, garnished with chopped cilantro if desired.

Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
