Vegetable Bhuna Stir Fry
A Japanese-inspired stir-fry made with Vegeta and bhuna sauce, featuring an assortment of colorful vegetables.
Ingredients
- β1/2 cup Vegeta
- β2 tablespoons Bhuna sauce
- β1 cup Bell peppercut into thin strips
- β1 cup Carrotspeeled and grated
- β1 cup Snow peassliced
- β1 cup Mushroomssliced
- β2 inches Gingergrated
- β1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- βto taste Salt and pepper

Heat sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add grated ginger and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add sliced mushrooms and cook for 2-3 minutes, until they start to soften.

Add sliced bell pepper, carrots, and snow peas. Cook for 4-5 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.

Add Vegeta, bhuna sauce, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, until the sauce is bubbly and the vegetables are coated.
