Australian Jack Cheese Fritters
A simple recipe for crispy cheese fritters using Australian jack cheese, perfect as a snack or appetizer.

- β1 cup, shredded Australian Jack Cheese
- β1/2 cup, shredded Colby Cheese
- β1 whole egg 1 egg
- β1/4 cup 1/4 cup, all-purpose flour
- β0.5 tsp 1/2 teaspoon, salt
- β0.25 tsp 1/4 teaspoon, black pepper
- β1 tbsp 1 tablespoon, unsalted butter, melted

1. Preheat oil in a deep frying pan to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

2. In a bowl, combine the Australian jack cheese, Colby cheese, egg, flour, salt, and black pepper.

3. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.

4. Using a spoon, drop small balls of the cheese mixture into the hot oil.

5. Fry the fritters for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
