Slovakian Shrimp Pasta
A hearty pasta dish inspired by Slovakian cuisine, featuring succulent shrimp and a rich velvety sauce.

- β1 pound ShrimpPeel and de-vein before using
- β1/4 cup Dried ShrimpRehydrate in water before using
- β1 cup Velvety SauceStore-bought or homemade
- β2 tablespoons GoongKorean chili flakes
- β2 tablespoons HaengSesame oil

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.

In a large skillet, heat the haeng over medium-high heat.

Add the shrimp and cook until pink and fully cooked, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

Add the dried shrimp to the skillet and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the velvety sauce to the skillet and stir to combine.

Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and stir to coat with the sauce.

Add the goong and stir to combine.
