Uruguayan Stew

- β1 cup dried navy beans
- β2 medium very tender onions
- β2 large white potatoes
- β1 cup bean stew

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add the beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
