Slovakian Paprika Pudding
A hearty Slovakian dish featuring paprika-spiced pudding, served in a papillote for a moist and flavorful dessert.

- β4 sheets, for wrapping papillote
- β1 large, chopped vividly red bell pepper
- β2 tsp, ground peppery paprika
- β1 cup slovakian cottage cheese
- β1/2 cup sugar
- β2 eggs
- β1 tsp vanilla extract

In a large bowl, combine crumbled black pudding, chopped bell pepper, ground paprika, cottage cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.

Cut papillote sheets into 4 equal pieces.

Divide the pudding mixture evenly among the papillote sheets.
