Crispy Canadian Corn Bake
A simple and delicious side dish that combines the crunch of crispy corn with the warmth of baked Canadian bacon.
Ingredients

- β1 cup Frozen corn kernelsthawed
- β1/2 cup Breadcrumbsgluten-free
- β2 tablespoons Buttermelted
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- β1/2 cup Cheddar cheeseshredded
- β1 Eggbeaten
- β1 tablespoon Milk

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large skillet, cook the Canadian bacon over medium heat until crispy, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked bacon, corn kernels, breadcrumbs, melted butter, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg and milk.

Add the egg mixture to the corn mixture and stir until well combined.
