- β1 cup Warm flourAll-purpose flour
- β1 tsp Mexican chili powderSpicy
- β1/2 cup OnionFinely chopped
- β1 tsp Cumin powderIndian spice
- β1 EggBeaten
- β2 tbsp Ghee or oilFor frying
- βto taste Salt
- βchopped, for garnish Cilantro

In a bowl, mix together corn kernels, flour, chili powder, onion, cumin powder, and salt.
