Twice Cooked Pork and Oat Stir Fry
A flavorful and easy-to-make stir fry dish made with twice cooked pork and oats, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 lb Pork (shoulder or butt)Cut into bite-sized pieces
- β1/2 cup Rolled oatsRolled oats for thickening
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oilFor stir-frying
- β1-inch piece GingerSliced
- β2 cloves GarlicMinced
- β2 tbsp Soy sauceFor flavor
- β1 tbsp Hoisin sauceFor sweetness
- β1 tsp Sesame oilFor nutty flavor

1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
