Blanched Ramen Noodle Stir Fry
Quick and easy stir-fry with blanched ramen noodles, Japanese flavors, and velvety textures.
Ingredients
- β8 oz Blanched Ramen Noodles
- β2 tbsp Vegetable Oilfor stir-frying
- β8 oz Sliced MushroomsJapanese-style shiitake or cremini
- β1 cup Sliced Carrotsjulienned
- β1/4 cup Green Onionsthinly sliced
- β1 tsp Sesame Oilfor serving
- β2 tbsp Soy SauceJapanese-style or tamari
- β1 tsp Sesame Seedsoptional garnish
- β1/4 cup Sliced Scallionsfor garnish

Cook the blanched ramen noodles according to package instructions.

In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their liquid and start to brown, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the julienned carrots and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until they start to soften.

Add the cooked noodles to the skillet or wok and stir to combine with the vegetables.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce and sesame oil. Pour the sauce over the noodle mixture and stir to combine.
