Jerusalem Artichoke Pilaf with Steamed Artichokes
A hearty and flavorful pilaf dish made with Jerusalem artichokes and steamed artichokes, perfect for a comforting meal.
Ingredients
- β2 large Jerusalem artichokespeeled and chopped
- β1 cup Long-grain riceuncooked
- β Dutch ovenfor cooking
- β2 cups Chicken brothlow-sodium
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β1 clove Garlicminced
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- β4 Steamed artichokesfor serving

Heat the olive oil in the Dutch oven over medium heat.
