Creamy Borlotti Bean Pasta
A comforting, gluten-free pasta dish made with borlotti beans, wholesome cream, and earthy herbs.
Ingredients
- β250g pastagluten-free
- β1 can (400g) borlotti beansdrained and rinsed
- β200ml wholesome creamfull-fat
- β2 tbsp italian herbsfresh or dried
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β2 tbsp olive oilextra virgin
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the gluten-free pasta according to package instructions.

In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

Add the borlotti beans, italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stir in the wholesome cream. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, until heated through.

Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the saucepan with the borlotti bean mixture.

Toss the pasta in the creamy sauce until well coated.
