Korean Chicken Tagine
A fusion of Korean and North African flavors in a hearty chicken stew. Serve with steamed rice or couscous.

Ingredients
- β2 tsp korean chili flakes
- β1 1/2 lbs chicken breastcut into small pieces
- β2 tsp tagine spice
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tsp crushed ginger
- β2 cups chicken broth
- β1 cup wrinkled apricotsdiced
- βto taste salt and pepper

Instructions

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute.

Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add chili flakes, tagine spice, and chicken broth. Stir to combine.
