Goozy New Potato Pudding
A unique dessert combining goozy chocolate and creamy new potato pudding.
Ingredients
- β3 large New Potatoespeeled and chopped
- β1/2 cup Goozy Chocolatemelted
- β1/4 cup xbittersweet Chocolate Chips
- β1 cup Granulated Sugar
- β1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
- β2 Large Eggsbeaten
- β1 cup Milkwhole milk

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Boil the chopped new potatoes until they're tender, then mash.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted goozy chocolate, granulated sugar, and beaten eggs.

Add the mashed potatoes, flour, and whole milk to the bowl. Mix until well combined.

Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.

Melt the xbittersweet chocolate chips in a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second increments.
