Xenial Cheese Tagine

- β250g xenial cheesecrumbly cheese
- β2 tsp egyptian spicesmix of cumin, coriander, and cinnamon
- β2 tbsp molten honeywarm and runny honey
- β1 large taginetraditional North African clay pot
- β100g curdsextra creamy cheese curds
- β2 tbsp olive oilfor browning
- β2 medium onionschopped

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In the tagine, heat the olive oil and brown the onions until caramelized.

Add the xenial cheese, egyptian spices, and molten honey to the tagine.
