Slovakian Ackee Dumplings
A unique Slovakian-inspired breakfast dish featuring ackee-filled dumplings. A delicious and exotic start to your day.
Ingredients
- β12-15 pieces Slovakian dumplings
- β1 can (drained and chopped) Ackee
- β2 tablespoons Xenial butter
- βto taste Salt
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Carefully add the Slovakian dumplings to the boiling water and cook for 5-7 minutes.

While the dumplings cook, heat the xenial butter in a pan over medium heat.

Add the chopped ackee to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Once the dumplings are cooked, remove them from the water with a slotted spoon.

Add the cooked dumplings to the pan with the ackee mixture and toss to combine.

Season with salt to taste.
