- ●1 medium onion
- ●2 medium tomato
- ●3 cloves garlic
- ●1 tsp cumin powder
- ●1 tsp coriander powder
- ●1 tsp garam masala
- ●to taste salt
- ●2 cups (400g) basmati rice

Instructions

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add onion and sauté until translucent.

Add garlic and sauté for another minute.

Add tomato and cook until soft.

Add kidney beans, cumin powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Stir well.
