Skirt Steak Skewers with Cheesy Xtra Sauce
A French twist on traditional steak skewers, served with a rich and creamy cheesy sauce.

Ingredients
- β1.5 pounds Skirt steakCut into 1-inch pieces
- β2 tablespoons XtraButter for basting
- β1 cup CheesyGruyΓ¨re cheese, grated
- β1/2 cup BrazilianPimenta cheese, crumbled
- β10-12 SkewersWooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
- βto taste Salt and pepperFor seasoning
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsleyChopped, for garnish

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Thread skirt steak pieces onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Grill skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, or until cooked to desired level of doneness.

Meanwhile, melt xtra in a saucepan over medium heat.
