Smoky Mackerel Tagine
A traditional French-inspired tagine recipe with smoky mackerel and infused flavors.
Ingredients

Season the mackerel fillets with salt and black pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and sauté for 5 minutes until softened.
