German Sprouts Strudel
A German-inspired pastry filled with sautéed sprouts and ratatouille, perfect for a savory breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients

- ●1 cup fresh sprouts
- ●1 cup ratatouille
- ●2 tablespoons french butter
- ●to taste salt
- ●to taste black pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the yeasty dough and spread the french butter evenly.

In a pan, sauté the sprouts and ratatouille over medium heat until tender.

Place the sautéed mixture on one half of the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border.

Fold the other half of the dough over the filling and press edges to seal.

Place the strudel on a baking sheet and brush with remaining french butter.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
